ENROLLMENT PROCESS

You will need to revisit this page to click on each item to complete the enrollment process.  Your enrollment will not be activated until all documents and payments have been received.  If you are on CCDF, a provider form will be provided upon completion of all enrollment items.

  1. Review & Sign the Parent Handbook:  Parent Handbook
  2. Review School Calendar: SSLS School Calendar
  3. Enroll Your Student (one for each child):  Enrollment Forms
  4. Upload Birth Certificate:  Birth Certificate
  5. Upload Full Physical Signed by Pediatrician with Immunization RecordsPhysical & Immunization Record
  6. Pay $50 Family Registration Fee and First Tuition Payment via Brightwheel: Click Menu Icon, Click Billing, Make Payment
  7. Purchase Uniforms, Small Blanket, & LARGE Back Pack (change of clothing, blanket, and coat must fit inside)
  8. School Supplies on Your First Day:  1 Box of 16ct Crayons, 1 Small Package of Unscented Wipes, 6pk Glue Sticks, 1 Box of Kleenex
