Reading II – Our goal is to prepare students to exceed Kindergarten Readiness by focusing on Sign Language Phonetics and the first 100 Sight Words for Kindergarten.
Spanish II-The art of being bilingual is becoming ever so important in today’s world. Spanish II will focus on a daily review of Spanish numbers, alphabet, colors, intro words, and greetings.
Math II – Counting and identifying to 100, counting by 2, 5, and 10’s, and Math Facts 0-2.
Social Studies II – US 50 States
Music & Art-The arts provide an avenue for children and people of all ages to creatively express themselves in different art forms.
Christian Teachings-Daily Recitation, Daily Prayers (Morning Prayer, Mealtime Prayer, and Nap Time Prayer), and The 10 Commandments
Etiquette & Manner Training-All students are required to conduct themselves with the utmost respect, compassion, utilizing their best ability. These are the three pillars of Stepping Stones Learning House.
Academic & Social Progress Reports-Reports are distributed to parents in December to measure progress and utilize Parents as Partners (PAP’s) to ensure each child’s academic success.

Second Semester Program: January-May
Reading III – 100 First Semester First Grade Words
Spanish III– Daily review of Spanish II with the addition of action words, sentences, and animals
Spelling – Spelling Tests on Fridays over current Sight Words
Math III – Math II with the addition of Math Facts 3-5
Social Studies III – US 50 Capitals and & 7 Continents
Academic & Social Progress Reports-Reports are distributed to parents in May to measure progress and utilize Parents as Partners (PAP’s) to ensure each child’s academic success.
